Disappointed. I've been using Photoshop and/ or Photoshop Elements for years. I just replaced my Photoshop Elements 14 with this product. The Photoshop Elements and the Organizer work just fine. However, Premiere Elements will not open. I get the windows error "Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 has stopped working" every time. (While loading, it always locks up at "Loading ImporterQuickTime.psm) I have restarted, rebooted, re-installed, checked for updates, etc. Nothing. I'm using Windows 10 on a 3.4Ghz computer with 8 gigs of RAM.
Update: I remembered a solution that worked for some finicky games. It worked for Premiere Elements. Right click on the desktop icon; then click "Run as administrator". Tah Dah. It opens. I'll change my rating from three stars to four stars.
